My passion for mentoring and teaching began almost 25 years ago, as a swim instructor. The journey into the yachting industry began 12 years ago; with determination and focus I quickly rose to Chief Stewardess.
My philosophy: there is always something to learn, utilizing what we learn hones our talent and our ART! The art of fine service, understanding and preempting what our guests may need before they realize it. The art of communication and leadership as we work in well integrated teams.
